Eat,Pray,Love

So, I watched Eat, Pray, Love the other night. You know, the one with Julia Roberts who goes to Italy to find herself? Ya, that one. Good movie. I totally get it. Too much now do we depend on our looks to be accepted. She showed us that it's ok to gorge on pasta and just be you. "buy bigger pants" she said.
 Praying gives you balance. Something I have yet to achieve. I cannot talk to someone I cannot see or understand. Maybe meditating would be better for me. This worked for Julia as well. I have the love part down pat. I love my family, my friends and even aquaintences. I think that is part of my problem as a whole. I care TOO much .... perhaps I need to start being a bitch...

Forgive me oh followers for i have not posted in a while. ..

 I sit here listening to a new friend so upset about a broken friendship, in hopes that I can help out. Alas, what am I to do? I cannot make someone just forgive and forget. I wish I could.
 I guess sometimes you just need to move on from these things and hope that you come back together and pick up right where you left off.  I myself am in a similar situation and it sucks. But what can I do? Things would be awkward, and I think that is the same way this other situation is looking like.

 On a higher note, the HSR is hiring. I hope Jeff can snag an interview, and get out of the big heavy lifting job he has currently. It would be at least one thing heading in the right direction..

 Bachelorette is coming on.. have to see what dimwit  Miss Ashley doesn't get rid of tonite!

Ok, so I it's been a few days since I've been here. Still getting used to this blog thing.  I am so sick of rain.. I am starting to hate it just as much as I hate snow.. This gloomy season has lasted waay too long this year. I'm beginning to think we're not going to have a summer at all!

 Anyone else having the crappy weather blahs??!

One of THOSE days

So, today was one of THOSE days. These types of days are the ones that bring me back to wanting to get my course started at least. I need a different career. I love kids, don't get me wrong. But it has come time for me to start to look at the future, and move on. Thing is, I have no schooling to get anything more then minimum wage, so I keep on plugging away having children trashing my house and putting my grocery bill through the roof! I say minimum wage like it is this bad thing. Which in itself it's not. On it's own, if I only had 1 child to look after, I would be losing money. I would make waaay less then minimum wage. Like it wouldn't even cover my groceries. But with a full daycare, it does well. Sooo, I have to keep doing this, squirrelling extra money when I can so that I can start. Now vacation time is looming. We want to take a trip across the US..From here.. to Vegas, and California to meet some friends I met online. :)  It would be an amazing adventure ,I just only hope that we can afford it. I'm almost giddy thinking about how much fun it will be.
 I think I need to start bustin my butt and lose a few pounds so I can take an empty suitcase and buy some new clothes in our travels if we do get to go!
 Bedtime :) This whole blog thing is kinda cool. It's like venting when needing too, and letting a little bit of insight into what's going on in our life

Alicia Silverstone Named her kid what?!

 Sooo, Alicia Silverstone is still clueless as she was in the movie that made her famous. She just had her baby (didn't know she was with anyone..she never showers!... nvm prego )  They named him Bear Blu ! Wtf kind of name is this? The kid is going go to go through life being called a Bear.. I hope he is smart enough to change his name legally when he is old enough.

Good day to start ..

So, Today,just because I have been thinking about it, and Annette started one, I decided to start a blog. I guess I have to be semi careful what I put on here as many people will see it. But really, it could be a good thing because I don't get to talk to people on a regular basis (unless they are 5 and under ) and this is a good way to talk about my day and my thoughts when I have 5 minutes to sit while the kids are sleeping.
 Soooo.. I guess this is my first post! Hope everyone's Mother's day went well. Nothing special here, just a regular day with some handmade cards thrown into the mix :)  Oh! And a broken tooth! That was the highlight of my night.. yup..fun times..
